Blessing Awah is a graduate of English Language from the Prestigious Lagos State University. She is a mom of Four Adorables and a Wife. She got her Diploma in Cosmetics Science from The Institute of Cosmetic Science. She is a seasoned Entrepreneur,with over Fifteen years under her belt as a Business woman. Because of her fellow feelings,she created a community for Small scale Female entrepreneurs who were looking for Access to Market, Funding and Capacity building and this allows her to train other New and budding entrepreneurs. Because of Her love for Natural Cosmetics,she birthed her company ASSIAN NATURAL COSMETICS LTD,as she saw the gap in the cosmetics industry; that most cosmetics in the supermarket were either Bleaching Products or Exported from other countries. She wanted to create an indigenous Skincare brand that would Cater for people who just wanted to maintain their Skin/Complexion or and have a skin condition that needed to be holistically Managed and also Create more job opportunities to the youth and women in Nigeria. With her innovative Approach to Natural Cosmetics,she has gotten Recognitions and Awards from: LAGOS STATE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE, INDUSTRY AND COOPERATIVES 2022-(BEST IN HERBAL COSMETICS). AFRICAN ENTREPRENEUR NETWORK (AFRIPNET) in 2023-(TRAILBLAZERS BRAND). NIGERIA ASSOCIATION OF SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIALIST 2023 (COMMENDATION FOR EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE). She’s an Active Member of THE PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SPA AND COSMETOLOGIST (PASCON) where she is the IKEJA-OGBA ZONAL HEAD. She’s a Member of the LAGOS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE,where she was the Steering committee Chairperson for the 2023 LCCI MENTEE.
